Canadian Museum for Human Rights Intership Project
Ododo Wa in Lua means, ‘our stories.’ It is a storytelling project for women affected by war in Northern Uganda through the Justice and Reconciliation Project.
This storyboard is about how Evelyn Amony persevered through war and the Lord’s Resistance Army. It is now in the works of becoming an animation and will be projected in the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in the fall as part of the Ododo Wa exhibit.
Ms. Amony’s story is one that most of us can never imagine. This storyboard carefully considers her experiences and visually translates it into one where the audience can connect to, understand and be inspired by.
